Community Garden Walk

 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Gather friends and family to explore and enjoy the efforts of 8 local neighborhood gardeners and a bonus garden.  Meander on a self-guided tour through the gardens and meet the gardeners who design and nurture the featured gardens. Share landscaping and gardening ideas with fellow community residents.

Master Gardeners will be at the bonus garden to help provide support for your gardening questions!

Tickets: 

$10 (non-refundable).  Children under 12 years accompanied by an adult are free.

Note: Credit card purchase is $10.60 with service fee.

Available for in-person purchase:

  • July 2, 3:00-7:00 at the Grayslake Farmers Market

  • July 9, 3:00-7:00 at the Grayslake Farmers Market

  • July 12, 9:00-1:00 near Centennial Plaza, on Center St. (next to Twisted Burger)

Tour Maps:

A map of the gardens with addresses will be provided in July.

  • Printed copy with in-person ticket purchases on July 2, 9, and 12

  • Digital copy for online purchases made through July 11 (sent via email)

  • Printed copy with online purchases on July 12, pick up in-person on Center St. near Centennial Plaza

Net proceeds will help fund scholarships, civic plantings, and other Garden Club programs to support the local community.
